4. Via Injury

Floyd Mayweather is a 40 year old man. Things tend to pop, crack and tear far easier once that threshold is passed, and Floyd won’t be any different. The chances of a 40 year old man tearing an ACL at some point during a 12-round fight are not insignificant.

If an injury keeps Floyd from continuing it won’t really allow Conor to claim much of a victory however. That is why Conor will probably pounce on Mayweather the second he suspects he’s injured. If Conor can knock him out before he can tell anyone about his injury then it’ll just sound like Floyd’s making excuses when he tells people about it later.
