Fearless Puncher
By all accounts, McGregor is an offensive machine. He doesn’t only like to go on the attack, but more importantly, he also doesn’t mind getting hit. Against most of his opponents, including his toughest foe in Nate Diaz, McGregor pressed the action and was the aggressor.
This is because McGregor just simply does not fear getting hit in the face. He will walk opponents down until they are trapped, and that’s when he tees off. McGregor is one of the most fearless strikers in the UFC. There’s not a lot of guys who McGregor is worried about in particular with power.
A problem most Mayweather opponents have had in the past was that fighters feared getting counterpunched by the slick technician. McGregor just simply will not have that fear going into a bout with Mayweather.
McGregor will walk Mayweather down, catch him against the ropes and tee off like he normally does.
