UFC 193 sparked huge debates after going down in Melbourne, Australia two weeks ago. The event saw Holly Holm thrash Ronda Rousey for the UFC bantamweight title, in what will go down as one of the biggest mixed martial arts upsets ever.

Holm knocked out Rousey in two, and made it look like child’s play. ‘Rowdy’ had been built up by the UFC as the most dominant athlete in modern sports, but came to earth with a bang down under.

The one-sided beat-down opened the floodgates to a torrent of memes and gifs featuring the defeated Rousey, some of which came pretty close to the bone. With likely equal parts Rousey’s attitude and the UFC’s constant selling of their most popular product, the fans had seen enough.
