Couture, Rampage, Henderson And Trigg
We’ll end this article with a video that’s a little more light-hearted than the others we’ve written about here.
When the script for the long-running CBS sitcom ‘The King Of Queens’ called for a bar fight, long-time MMA fan Kevin James decided to turn to the professionals to bring some hard-hitting authenticity to the scene.
Four UFC stars at the time, Randy Couture, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, Dan Henderson and Frank Trigg were all drafted in and put their MMA skills to good use in the scene.
The skit featured James punching Henderson full in the face, only for the fighter to then take out his false teeth – the result of an accident in wrestling practice many years before that was made worse on another occasion during a sparring session with Couture.
