Daniel Cormier is the current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, only he’s not really. Jon Jones lost his UFC title due to decisions he made while driving a car, not because Daniel Cormier is a better fighter than him.
While Cormier did have to go through “Rumble” Johnson to win the belt in Jones’ absence, the fact that nobody really feels Cormier is the best in his weight class is why he is ranked #2 on this list.

And the irony.. He says Barnett is the worst of all time because he fails tests, but Cormier is the second worst because he isn’t better than Jon Jones a MULTIPLE STEROID CHEAT!
