Paweł Ryszard Mikołajuw aka Popek first carved out a career as a famous rapper in Poland before eventually also finding time to become a professional MMA fighter too.
Popek began his rap career back in 2000 as part of the group ‘Firma’ who he has made several albums with, while in 2007 he also branched off to release several albums as a solo artist.
His 2013 album ‘Monster’ has been his most successful to date, going gold in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, while the video for his cover of Michael Jackson’s ‘Dirty Diana’ has a whopping 45 million views on YouTube.
In 2008, Popek also began to compete in the cage, briefly fighting for Cage Rage before years later returning to compete multiple times for Poland’s leading promotion, KSW.
