Brittney Palmer Victim Of Attempted Murder
Brittney Palmer appeared to be the picture of happiness when she married wealthy businessman Aaron Zalewski in May of 2014, but their relationship took a sinister turn just over a year later.
In June of 2015, Palmer and Zalewski were alleged to have gotten into an argument at their home late one night after he became furious at having overheard a casting agent calling her ‘babe’ on the phone.
As they argued Zalewski threatened to divorce her if she didn’t leave the entertainment industry and then tried to wrestle Palmer’s mobile phone from her, believing that she was attempting to record their conversation.
In the ensuing struggle he was alleged to have thrown the Octagon girl, leading to her hitting her head on a bedpost.
Zalewski then told her to leave, but she refused, at which point he allegedly threw her down on the bed, pinned her face down with a knee on her back and left her close to falling unconscious in the two minutes that followed.
Palmer eventually managed to escape and called police, at which point Zalewski was arrested and charged with attempted murder, spousal battery and criminal threats.
Zalewski later countered Palmer’s version of events, claiming that the model was trying to fabricate domestic violence and “fraudulently and willfully obtain money,” from him.
Despite the serious nature of the allegations, the charges were later dropped in exchange for Zalewski attending anger management classes, while reports at the time suggested the couple were still together.
