Josh Koscheck
Back in 2007, Josh Koscheck was challenged by an attendee at an autograph signing to have a fight. Koscheck laughed it off, saying the man was welcome to come and see him at the AKA gym any time.
Koscheck thought no more about it until a couple of weeks later the same guy started phoning up the gym asking to speak with him, and a few days later actually showed up at the gym ready to fight.
After getting him to sign a waiver, Koscheck agreed to get in the ring with him.
Needless to say it went just about how you would expect, with Koscheck repeatedly beating him up on the mat, including tapping him out with an armbar and another time with a body punch.
