Maiquel Falcao / Kaue Mena
The most disturbingly brutal brawl featuring MMA fighters ever captured on video took place at a gas station in Brazil and involved Bellator middleweight fighter Maiquel Falcao and his featherweight teammate Kaue Mena.
Falcao had appeared to spark off the incident when he made sexual advances towards a woman waiting at the till, which led to a verbal confrontation that escalated when Falcao slapped her in the face.
Falcao and Mena were then confronted by multiple angry males and fists were soon flying inside the store, before spilling out into the forecourt.
One attacker then struck Falcao with a 2×4, before running up behind Mena and hitting him with it, knocking him out cold.
Another assailant then mercilessly punched the unconscious Mena eight times in the head and kicked him twice, then left, only to return to land one more sickening socccer kick to his head, before a third man followed suit.
Mena, who had a 7-1 record at the time, was left in intensive care in critical condition afterwards and would never fight again due to his injuries, while Falcao emerged relatively unscathed but was released from Bellator soon afterwards.
