in December of 2011, BJJ ace and future UFC fighter Ryan Hall was enjoying a meal with friends when a drunk approached their table and started causing trouble.
Hall and his group tried their best to ignore him and laughed off his threats of violence and warnings that he’d been locked away several times for being mentally unstable.
A friend of the drunk repeatedly tried to get him to leave, but when he got in Hall’s face again, the grappler double-legged him to the floor and effortlessly took full mount, then assured everyone he wasn’t going to hurt him.
Eventually the drunk was let back up, but he continued to refuse to leave, called the store owner a lesbian and slapped his own friend in the face, which led to Hall dragging him outside and choking him unconscious.
