10. Tim Kennedy Blasts Reebok Deal
Tim Kennedy is a guy who is going to say whatever he wants to whoever he wants. Kennedy is a Sergeant First Class in the US Army and fights MMA as a hobby in between going to war. He has received death threats from ISIS, but seemed to have gotten far more upset about the UFC’s deal with Reebok.
In May of 2015, Kennedy publicly told people not to buy his Reebok fighter kit since he wouldn’t make hardly any money from it anyway. He then publicly tweeted that he would only be paid $2500 out of the deal with Reebok, although some have stated that under the agreement he would get $10,000 from the deal.
Kennedy would later claim his Twitter account got hacked.
