Bakhtiyar Arzumanov vs. Yuri Gamali
Bakhtiyar Arzumaov went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that his opponent Yuri Gamal was ok after defeating him at M-1 Ukraine in 2011.
Early in the first round Arzumanov managed to catch Gamali in a triangle choke submission that would soon leave his opponent unconscious for several seconds until the referee intervened.
At that point Arzumanov carefully let go of the submission, gently rolled Gamali onto his back and took out his mouthpiece so that he could breath more easily as he came back to consciousness.
He then helped Gamali back to his feet, gave him a hug and handed his mouthpiece back to his cornermen, all without ever having stopped for a single moment to celebrate his victory.
