Dillon Danis vs. Jake Paul
Bellator’s Dillon Danis is no stranger to getting into feuds in the MMA scene. His ongoing war or words with Youtube star and occasional boxer Jake Paul is by far the most personal.
The rivalry between them began back in November of last year when Paul won a boxing match and then called out Danis. It sparked a back-and-forth mud-slinging contest. It also led to Bellator boss Scott Coker offering to arrange a fight between them. Danis reignited the feud recently when he wrote “F*ck the Paul’s” on social media. Things quickly got out of hand after that.
“Savannah did,” Paul wrote – implicating Danis’ girlfriend Savannah Montano. However, Danis then fired back with some dirt of his own. “I teabagged your wife,” Danis wrote along with a picture of him giving the finger to the camera with his arm around Paul’s wife, Tana Mongeau.
That no doubt stung. But Paul has since claimed it’s simply not true.
“I still can’t get over tana flaming dillon danis?” Paul said. “when I was an angry husband and said ‘why tf did u take a pic with him,’ she said ‘who is that? what are you talking about’ & then she went on to explain that he stood in a line of fans to get a pic with her.”
Danis has since been trying to get Paul to fight him on an upcoming boxing PPV card featuring a rematch between his rival’s brother Logan Paul and KSI. But as of yet, he’s not agreed.
