Doo Ho Choi
It would be easy to mistake Doo Ho Choi for a young teenager who somehow mistakenly took a wrong turn and ended up in the Octagon on his way to the school library, but ‘The Korean Superboy’ is actually one of the most exciting talents to emerge from the Asian MMA scene in recent years.
Despite looking like a member of a K-Pop boy band, Choi is actually 28-years-old and has a fearsome record as a striker, having finished 11 of his career victories by strikes, including first round KO’s against Sam Sicilia and Thiago Tavares, plus an 18 second TKO of Juan Puig since joining the UFC.
Unfortunately the South Korean star’s MMA career will soon be put on hold as he has to do mandatory military service in his native country, which will keep him out of action for two years.
