9. Chael Sonnen
Chael Sonnen made it his career goal to become the most hated martial artist in Brazil, and he did a pretty good job of that. Sonnen would take every chance he could get to run down famous Brazilian martial artists, and purposely drew money-drawing heat for his fights with Silva.
After Sonnen lost two straight fights to Anderson Silva, his feud against Brazil moved forward with new rival Wanderlei Silva. The two coached opposite teams on The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil and were scheduled to face each other after the end of the season.
That fight would never come to pass however, as Sonnen became the first drug test failure of the USADA era, and Wanderlei Silva refused to be tested at all. As a result, neither man has had a fight since.
