Alan Gray vs. Jose Johnson
Eye injuries are one thing, but Alan Gray took it to the next level during an amateur MMA fight with Jose Johnson in 2014 when his eye actually fell onto the canvas.
During the fight Johnson landed a powerful right head kick that put Gray on wobbly legs and sent him crashing to the canvas.
However, on the way, Gray’s prosthetic eye also fell out and rolled right around the referee’s foot as he was stepping in to wave off the fight!
The crowd were left in shock afterwards, not realizing that Gray had a fake eye and, aside from having been clobbered over the head with a kick, was perfectly ok.
